Overview

This is a role with genuine influence. As the HR & Talent Manager for this manufacturing site, you will have broad, generalist HRM experience with a key specialism in Talent Development. Youll shape how people grow, perform and progress within a manufacturing environment where technical capability and future skills are critical to success. Your work will directly impact recruitment, retention, performance, engagement and long-term workforce planning.

What you’ll bring to the table as a HR & Talent Manager
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent with strong generalist HR experience
  • Background in talent development, learning & development or organisational development
  • Experience designing career pathways for engineers or technical teams
  • Proven capability managing employee relations and site-based HR activity
Working hours

Full-time, with hybrid working available up to one day per week from home.
