Job summary

POP MART is seeking an HR & Talent Coordinator to join our Canary Wharf, London team. The role provides operational support across HR and Talent Acquisition, ensuring efficient recruitment processes, accurate employee records, and a positive employee experience.

You will partner with the HR team to deliver key people processes across the business. You will coordinate day-to-day HR administration, onboarding and offboarding, recruitment activities, and HR reporting.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR administration or recruitment.
  • Experience in retail or hospitality is desirable.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • CIPD qualification or working toward one is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR administration and employee queries.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • Assist onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support probation reviews, absence tracking, and documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential information.
  • Assist with HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities and manage applications.
  • Arrange interviews, communicate with candidates, and prepare offers.
  • Support new starter onboarding and pre-employment checks.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide timely updates.
  • Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist HRBP and HR team with employee relations.
  • Support HR projects, training coordination, and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure HR processes are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies and law.

Responsibilities

HR Support
  • Assist the HRBP and HR team with employee relations processes.
  • Support HR projects, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure HR processes are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and employment legislation.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment, or a similar HR role.
  • Experience in the retail or hospitality sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach.
  • CIPD qualification or working towards one is desirable.
