We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and lead our recruitment efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top‑tier candidates who align with our company’s values and goals. You will collaborate closely with department leaders to understand their hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Responsibilities
Manage the full cycle recruitment process.
- Actively recruit and source to fill open positions in the US and internationally.
- Anticipate future needs by skill-based building pipelines, ensuring we stay ahead in the competitive talent market.
- Develop captivating and informative job descriptions to attract top talent.
- Plan and lead recruitment and selection processes (hiring manager kick‑off meetings, interviews, screening calls, offers, etc.) with precision and integrity.
- Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience, maintaining our reputation as an employer of choice.
- Ensure talent pipelines are balanced with candidates that bring diversity of thought, experience, and cultural background, enriching our team and encouraging innovation.
- Partner with VP HR to enhance recruitment processes by establishing interview scorecards and group interview guidance. Anticipate shifts in priorities, and support partners, driving flawless execution.
- Influence and partner closely with key stakeholders, having a strong understanding of the business, particularly in trade show event and conference & marketing space.
- Work closely with department heads and senior management in proving a monthly update on their teams recruiting activities.
- Improve quality of hires and decrease time to fill.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and AI sourcing tools to identify and engage top candidates.
- Conduct weekly onboarding presentations to all new hires as applicable.
- Needs to be open about doing various HR generalist responsibilities as needed.
Employer Branding
- Enhancing the Questex employer Brand by working with Marketing and VP, HR building Questex LinkedIn Life Page to increase talent traffic to company LinkedIn Page.
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice through various channels, such as social media, and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Ensuring that all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations is vital. This includes pay transparency laws, understanding labor laws, equal employment opportunity guidelines, and maintaining accurate records of the hiring process.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Utilizing UKG data analytics to track recruitment metrics and assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies is essential.
- Prepare weekly recruitment report for VP HR review to share with Executives.
Your Experience and Education
- 5+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing for all level roles from entry level to VP level.
- Proven track record in using AI recruitment resources.
- Ability to support 10-12 roles at a time, with the flexibility to manage workload fluctuations effectively.
- Experience in full cycle recruiting and passive candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, social media, and job boards, demonstrating your ability to attract world‑class talent.
- Experience in doing onboarding presentations for new hires.
- Willingness to understand the business and responsibilities of different roles, ensuring you can identify the perfect fit for each position.
- Preference having knowledge of UKG Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbally, capable of developing positive rapport with candidates and colleagues alike.
- Eagerness for continued professional and personal growth, showcasing your dedication to staying ahead in the field of talent acquisition.
- Professional and polished demeanor who can effectively deliver onboarding presentations and serve as the company’s first point of contact embodying our brand and guiding principles.
- Well‑organized and tech‑savvy, enabling you to manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease.

Benefits
The expected salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000. Salary offers are based on a broad scope of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
