Overview

HR Systems, Reporting & Data Manager — We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Systems, Reporting and Data Manager to join the HR team and take ownership of the Group's HR systems. This is a key role for a proactive individual who can combine technical expertise with strategic insight to ensure accurate data management, insightful reporting, and effective system development.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the HR systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with GDPR.
  • Lead on system development projects, including upgrades, process improvements, and the implementation of new modules (Training & Development, E-Recruitment).
  • Design, build and deliver HR and payroll reports using Business Objects and maintain the HR dashboard (Power BI) to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and system support for HR, payroll, and management teams.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and MIS teams to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive automation across the Group.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing HR systems (preferably iTrent) and HR reporting tools such as Business Objects or Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of HR data structures, workflows, and process automation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in system configuration, upgrades, and integration projects.
  • A collaborative approach and strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
