A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Systems Manager to lead the optimisation of Workday HCM and drive digital transformation across the People function. This strategic role combines hands-on delivery with stakeholder engagement, process redesign, and data-led decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the recovery and optimisation of Workday HCM
  • Redesign HR processes to align with system capabilities
  • Build intuitive, automated dashboards for HR and leadership teams
  • Act as the Workday subject matter expert across HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll
  • Translate business needs into system solutions and lead change initiatives
