As a HR Systems Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring our HR technology platforms are robust, user‑friendly, and aligned with business needs. You’ll work on projects that improve data quality, automate processes, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. This includes HRIS platforms, onboarding/offboarding systems, performance management tools, and reporting dashboards. The role will ensure that business activities are carried out efficiently, securely, and in line with Nest’s values of inclusivity and operational excellence.

The People and Culture team works in partnership with the organisation to provide an effective and professional service that helps deliver the People Strategy, mitigate people risks and deliver effective and efficient processes, systems and compliance for approximately 500 colleagues and board members. Working closely with the Services and Solutions directorate, we leverage technology and data to drive innovation and operational excellence, ensuring the best outcomes for our people. The HR Systems Analyst will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the IT solutions that underpin our HR processes, reporting into the People Operations Manager.
