A leading hotel chain in the UK is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to support HR operations by managing the Workday platform. This role involves providing technical support, configuring Workday modules, and enhancing HR processes. The ideal candidate has experience with Workday, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities. As an HR Systems Analyst, you will support the HR operation across Leonardo Hotels by administering, configuring, maintaining, and optimising our Workday platform. You'll play a key part in ensuring Workday effectively supports our people, payroll processes and initiatives across the organisation. The HR Systems Analyst is vital to Leonardo Hotels' expansion, so we want you to bring your dynamic personality to work every day!
The base location for this role is flexible, and we are happy to discuss hybrid-working arrangements at the interview.
