London Business School is seeking a People Systems Advisor to join our People Team. You will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of our People systems, including iTrent, Document Logistix, Tribepad/Teamtailor, and Halo. You will work proactively with a wide range of stakeholders across the School to ensure the effective day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of our People systems. In addition to supporting system-related initiatives and contributing to process enhancements, you will build strong, collaborative relationships with system suppliers to ensure reliable and high-quality system support.

All roles require a minimum of two days on campus each week to foster a vibrant, collaborative community. For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus around 2 days per week. Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs.
