About The Role

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR Support Vetting & Onboarding teams to provide end-to-end vetting process for new hires and existing employees.


• Develop, maintain, and enforce vetting policies and procedures in line with legal, regulatory, and organisational requirements.


• Ensure all vetting activities comply with relevant legislation, including data protection laws and industry standards.


• Oversee the onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in line with legal and company requirements.


• Provide guidance and training to Vetting team members and Security Managers on vetting procedures and handling sensitive information. Collaborate with internal departments to deliver a consistent, compliant, and engaging onboarding process.


• Collect and analyse feedback from new hires and stakeholders to continuously improve the onboarding experience

Essential Hiring Criteria

• Proven experience in HR vetting, onboarding, or compliance roles.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• In-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation, data protection laws, and vetting standards.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.


• Experience with HR systems and onboarding platforms.


• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
