Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Handle correspondence with managers via email, letter, and telephone.
  • Keep accurate records across our internal systems.
  • Minute-take at Disciplinary and Grievance meetings.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support the ER team by answering enquiries and creating admin packs for cases.
