Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Knowledge of legal requirements around HR processes.
• Ability to manage a high volume of HR queries.

Responsibilities

• Manage every aspect of the onboarding process for new staff.
• Respond promptly to HR queries.
• Contribute to process improvements for team efficiency.

Skills

Previous experience in an HR role (HR Administrator or HR Assistant)

Understanding of HR processes such as onboarding, Right to Work, and references

Experience using HR systems (HRIS and ATS)

Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Teams
