An educational organization is looking for an HR Services Adviser to join their team in Oxford. This full-time, hybrid role involves managing onboarding and offboarding processes and providing excellent customer service. Activate Learning is looking for an HR Services Adviser to join our collaborative HR Services team in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting essential HR processes that underpin our staff journey.
Working within a busy front-line HR Services team, you'll deliver a professional, high-quality, and customer-focused service. Your responsibilities will include managing every aspect of the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring onboarding of all new staff meets legal requirements and adheres to safer recruitment practices and recruitment policies and procedures. Manage the HR Service Desk, on a rota basis, ensuring that all requests are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner.
In addition, you will respond promptly to HR queries, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to process improvements that enhance team efficiency. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
This is a fixed-term, full-time role (37 hours per week), offering a hybrid working model with flexibility based at our Oxford College. This is a maternity cover position until January 2027.
