We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our HR Service Delivery team, based at our Head Office in Surbiton. This role is part of the wider HR Services department and is responsible for delivering a broad range of employee life cycle activities.

  • Take minutes during meetings and calls, ensuring clear and concise documentation.
  • Monitor and manage the HR Services team inbox, ensuring emails are actioned or escalated appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Carry out filing duties, ensuring all HR records are organised, up-to-date, and stored securely.
  • Demonstrate strong awareness of data protection regulations, ensuring all employee data is handled confidentially and in line with GDPR and company policies.

What you’ll need
  • A self-motivated and proactive individual with a can-do attitude
  • Significant administration experience essential
  • Ability to work under pressure and able to work to critical deadlines
  • Able to prioritise own workload and support the team objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with attention to detail
