Responsibilities
  • Proactively and efficiently lead a team of HR Service Centre professionals
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR Service Centre, ensuring timely and compliant handling of employee lifecycle processes
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and reduce manual work, collaborating with People Technology and HR teams to ensure processes meet the needs of hotel operations.
  • Act as a key escalation point for complex or sensitive queries.
  • Ensure all HR transactions and records are compliant with GDPR, employment law, and internal audit requirements.
  • Support internal audits and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to Senior HR Leadership on Service Centre performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and report on SLAs, KPIs, and other performance metrics.
About you
  • Ability to speak English and Dutch
  • Proven experience managing an HR shared service or Service Centre, ideally within hospitality, retail, or multi-site environments.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems. We are currently moving to the Dayforce system
  • Hospitality mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences.
