Job description
What you’ll be doing
  • Partner with department heads and line managers to provide HR advice and support on manpower planning, workforce forecasting, and resourcing strategies
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including supporting staffing needs, coordinating interviews, and facilitating onboarding and offboarding
  • Support performance management processes, including talent reviews, coaching managers, and driving constructive performance outcomes
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters and work with stakeholders to address staff concerns, conduct investigations, and facilitate fair resolutions
  • Analyse HR metrics and manpower data to generate insights and support decision-making on retention, attrition, and workforce planning
  • Advise on HR policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory matters to ensure alignment with best practice and legal standards
  • Support HR initiatives and projects to enhance organisational capability, employee engagement, and people processes
  • Work closely with HR shared services and Centres of Excellence to ensure seamless HR operations and delivery of HR programmes

What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or related studies
  • 2 – 4 years of HR experience with exposure to HR business partnering, workforce planning, employee relations, and HR operations; healthcare experience is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving and analytical abilities; comfortable working with HR metrics and reporting
  • Good knowledge of HR policies, employment regulations, and best practices in HR
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (Prosoft/ SAP)
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced healthcare environment
