Pay Rate: £25.28-31.73/hr Umbrella (inside IR35)

What You Will Do:
  • Manage and maintain personal and employee insurance records, handling inquiries, changes, and account reconciliations with precision.
  • Process claims in areas such as occupational disability, group accident insurance, survivors’ benefits, and supplementary health care plans.
  • Provide expert advice and support to employees and departments on insurance-related matters, including expatriate queries.
  • Assist with benefits projects, such as glasses subsidies, ensuring smooth implementation and employee satisfaction.
  • Conduct market reviews to identify and propose necessary adjustments to existing insurance and benefits offerings.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance and alignment with company standards and practices.
What You Will Bring:
  • A completed commercial training qualification, ideally with a focus on insurance or business administration and relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and German (minimum B2 level), with the ability to provide clear and professional advice.
  • Proficiency in HR administration, with a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a natural aptitude for working with numbers and data analysis.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
