A recruitment consultancy in Lewes is seeking an HR & Recruitment Coordinator for a 12 month FTC, with the potential to become permanent. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and possess essential people skills. Responsibilities include hands-on HR involvement and attending meetings related to absence, disciplinary, and performance issues. A salary of up to £35k per annum plus benefits is offered.
HR & Recruitment Coordinator required initially on a 12 month FTC (potential to go permanent) to join a great business and close knit team near Lewes, East Sussex.
The successful candidate will be a genuine people person with a positive can-do attitude, this role requires someone who is resilient, calm, and empathetic. The business is fast-paced and the teams like to have face to face interactions and often need guidance and hands on HR involvement.
With experience of using a HRIS system and the ability to provide advice and guidance and experience of attending absence, disciplinary and performance meetings this really is a great opportunity to utilise previous HR and Recruitment experience.
