A leading recruitment agency in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced HR/Recruitment Advisor to support talent acquisition in the airline industry. This role involves managing recruitment campaigns and advising on HR processes while ensuring compliance with employment legislation. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Excellent organisational skills and a CIPD Level 5 qualification are preferred.
Location: On site, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR/Recruitment Advisor to join a leading organisation in the airline industry. This role offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic HR function, providing specialist recruitment and HR support to ensure the attraction, selection, onboarding, and retention of talent aligns with organisational priorities and workforce plans, including considerations such as down rates, blackout hours, and wrap‑around holiday support.
The successful candidate will work closely with managers and HR colleagues to ensure effective recruitment practices, compliance with employment legislation, and a positive experience for both candidates and employees. This is a hands‑on role for an HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, aviation‑focused environment and is passionate about delivering high‑quality HR solutions.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple levels and disciplines within the airline industry, providing HR advisory support on recruitment and employment matters. Experience managing recruitment campaigns, liaising with agencies, and working with HR processes, ER case management, and employment legislation is essential. Knowledge of diversity and inclusion in recruitment, HR systems, and talent management initiatives is desirable.
