A leading insurance and financial services company based in Royal Tunbridge Wells is seeking an HR Project Specialist. This role involves supporting the delivery of HR projects that align with business strategies. Responsibilities include project planning, stakeholder communication, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR or Business, alongside project management qualifications. The position offers a competitive salary and flexible working arrangements.
Do you have HR, change, transformation support, or project support experience? We're seeking HR Project Specialists who have experience in project delivery to join our People team here at AXA. The role of the People Project Specialist is to support the delivery of People projects that align with the business strategy and transformation plans. Working closely with Strategic People Partners and Centre of Excellence (COE) teams, you'll support with research, data collection and analysis, and coordination to develop practical, value-driven solutions. You'll act as a key point of contact for project teams and stakeholders, taking a hands‑on approach to execution and ensuring consistent delivery across initiatives.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
