  • Leading and supporting HR projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Analysing HR data, including diversity metrics, gender pay gap, compensation and benefits trends
  • Preparing high‑impact presentations and reports for senior leadership
  • Supporting HR administration, documentation, and compliance activities
  • Partnering across departments to design and implement new HR initiatives
  • Continuously identifying ways to enhance systems, workflows, and reporting
Qualifications
  • Degree‑level education or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical mindset with confidence in Excel and data interpretation
  • Experience using HRIS and reporting tools

Location & Working Conditions
  • 📍 Based in Huntingdon with occasional travel to Waterbeach
  • 🏠 Hybrid working – standard work‑from‑home days on Monday and Friday
  • 💰 Up to £35,000, depending on experience
