Qualifications

  • Demonstrable success in leading and delivering HR or people-focused projects.
  • In-depth expertise in at least two HR areas e.g., Talent Management, Reward, Employee Relations, EDI, or Change Management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of UK employment law and current HR best practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Confident using HR systems and analytics to guide decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and delivering people programmes and HR projects from design to evaluation.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to enhance the employee experience across the lifecycle.
  • Driving initiatives in talent, reward, engagement, EDI, employee relations, and policy development.
  • Supporting digital HR system improvements and promoting data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Contributing to organisational design, change, and HR transformation projects.
  • Leading engagement surveys, analysing results, and guiding action planning.
  • Providing expert HR advice on employee relations, TUPE, and organisational change.

HR Project Manager

Our client who is a leading FMCG organisation, is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to drive a range of HR initiatives to enhance the employee experience. This is a maternity cover, offering a hybrid working model.

This rewarding role involves partnering with senior leaders to design and deliver projects across talent, reward, engagement, inclusion, employee relations, and people analytics. The HR Project Manager will also support organisational change and HR transformation, helping to build a progressive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.

The HR Project Manager will be responsible for:
  • Leading and delivering people programmes and HR projects from design to evaluation
