  • Manage the global HR process review, collaborating with global HR teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and best practices.
  • Support the governance of HR processes, including taxonomy, documentation, and regular review cycles, monitoring process effectiveness, making necessary adjustments and improvements as needed.
  • Partner with HR teams to streamline and automate processes within Workday and other systems.
  • Develop and maintain process maps, incorporating local legal requirements where needed.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring timely execution and adoption.
  • Collaborate with compliance and policy teams to ensure processes meet audit and regulatory standards.
  • Support HR ops with process improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
  • Communicate project goals, progress, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
  • Promote innovation and knowledge sharing across the HR function.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in HR operations.
Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of dependencies across policy, procedures, standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Skilled in HR systems (especially Workday), process improvement, and project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to influence, challenge, and collaborate across functions.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
