A leading reinsurance firm in London seeks a Senior HR People Partner to provide strategic HR support across UK and Ireland. Responsibilities include managing compensation processes, overseeing HR governance, and acting as an advisor to senior leaders. Ideal candidates have extensive HR experience in a regulated environment and strong stakeholder management skills. The role offers competitive compensation with hybrid working options.
Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a Senior HR People Partner role responsible for providing end-to-end HR generalist support across a business portfolio of approximately 400 employees in the UK and Ireland.
This role will also play a key part in managing the interface with our HR administration team based in Bratislava ensuring an effective and seamless partnership. This role will also deputise for the Head of HR when required.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, delivering high-impact HR solutions that support business performance, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness. In addition to core HR business partnering, you will oversee HR risk, governance, and compliance frameworks to ensure the organisation remains fully aligned with UK and Irish employment law and regulatory standards.
You are a seasoned HR professional who combines strong technical HR expertise with strategic acumen, commercial awareness, and a collaborative style. You thrive in complex, regulated environments and are adept at balancing strategic priorities with operational delivery.
The base salary range for this position is between 72,000 GBP and 108,000 GBP (full time equivalent). The specific salary offered considers:
