The role involves managing HR systems, overseeing recruitment and performance processes, and supporting employee relations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and knowledge of HRIS platforms. This position offers a mix of on-site and remote work options.
Our International advisory client are seeking a CIPD-qualified People Manager to cover a maternity cover contract for 12 months. Working closely with the Head of People, and the C suite team. The role will help shape attraction, retain, and develop high performing talent across multiple sites.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to refine their people strategy, ensuring the business remains agile and future ready while working closely with a People Administrator.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, adaptable professional who thrives in a deadline driven environment is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for both people and business. You will bring strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a collaborative mindset, with the confidence to challenge convention and find innovative solutions. A detail-oriented approach, professionalism, and a genuine interest in supporting diverse teams will be key to success in this role.
Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms is important, and knowledge of Belgian or US employment law would be advantageous.
This role is to work in their offices 4 days and 1 day from home.
