The successful candidate will manage HR and payroll functions, ensuring compliance with Jersey Employment Law. Required qualifications include a CIPD and experience in HR within a large financial provider. Our client is a well-established trust business providing offshore specialist financial services to private and institutional investors. They are seeking to appoint a human resources and payroll manager to be based in their Jersey office. Ideally, applicants will possess the CIPD qualification, along with excellent exposure performing the range of duties involved within a large financial services provider. You will also be familiar with Jersey Employment Law and Payroll processing. In return, our client is offering an extremely attractive salary and benefits package to the successful applicant.
