Job summary

Sika is seeking a HR & Payroll Coordinator on an 18-month FTC in Leeds with hybrid working. The role expects CIPD Level 5 qualification and payroll experience in an SME, supporting HR Hub operations and payroll cycles.

You will input data into SAP SuccessFactors, handle payroll events, and generate essential HR reports. The position offers on-site four days and one day remote, with career development through funded qualifications.

Qualifications

• CIPD L5 qualified or equivalent.
• 2+ years payroll experience in SME.
• UK right to work and reside in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations in HR Hub and ensure document/process audit compliance.
• HR support for UK Corporate workforce (~50 employees) with changes and reimbursements.
• Input payroll data into SuccessFactors before deadlines including lifecycle events.
• Calculate ad hoc payments (holiday pay, PILON, redundancy).
• Run monthly HR reports (New Starters, Leavers, Absences).
• Identify, troubleshoot payroll queries and provide HR data analysis to stakeholders.
• Support annual Pay Review and Bonus processes.
