Overview

We are recruiting for a HR and Payroll Administrator to join our client based in Newark on a 12 Month Fixed Term contract.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am - 3.15pm. Salary between £25-26k.

Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain employee data across the HR systems.
  • Keep HR documentation and records accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure all starters, leavers and transfers are accurately recorded.
  • Update and maintain payroll data.
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks, references and right-to-work documentation.
  • Maintain up to date training and induction materials.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a HR, Payroll or Administration role with strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
  • Confident using IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office and HR Databases.
  • A CIPD Level 3 Qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
  • A proactive attitude, good communication skills and the ability to manage a busy workload are essential to succeed in this role.
