Job summary

Tate Recruitment is seeking a proactive HR professional to shape the careers of tomorrow's talent within our Early Careers programme for graduates and interns.

You'll partner with managers, Talent Acquisition and HR stakeholders to deliver exceptional employee experiences through onboarding, development and performance conversations.

This hybrid role combines operational delivery with strategic business partnering in a fast-paced environment, offering visibility across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR Advisor, HRBP or similar operational HR role.
• Strong HR administration and process management experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capability.
• Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
• Experience with Graduate/Intern/Campus populations
• Exposure to Employee Relations matters
• Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition teams
• Workday knowledge and immigration understanding

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on day‑to‑day people matters relating to interns and graduates.
• Support onboarding, integration and development of Early Careers talent.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries and HR guidance.
• Assist with performance review processes and talent discussions.
• Support managers through sensitive conversations and employee matters where appropriate.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition for smooth hiring to onboarding transitions.
• Collaborate with Talent Development on engagement and development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
• Ensure HR processes and documentation are delivered to a high standard.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and immigration‑related processes.
