A leading foodservice company in Warrington is seeking an HR Partner to provide comprehensive HR support, improve business performance, and manage employee relations. Ideal candidates should have prior experience as an HR Partner or Senior HR Advisor, preferably be CIPD qualified, and possess strong communication skills. Brakes now have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Partner to deliver proactive and flexible generalist HR support to the Site Leadership of our Warrington depot, to improve business performance and deliver people plans. You’ll act as the internal point of contact to line managers in complex HR matters and support the Regional HR Business Partner and Senior Managers across all HR activities including resource management, organisational development & design as well as employee engagement. This is a fantastic role for a current HR Advisor looking to take the next step and gain exposure in a global business.
With previous experience in a HR Partner or Senior HR Advisor role, you’ll ideally be CIPD qualified (or willing to work towards this) and have a sound up to date knowledge of UK employment legislation. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Displaying gravitas and credibility you’ll have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders and influence accordingly.
