As part of the People and Culture Operations team, you will lead the team delivering core HR support across the employee lifecycle. This includes onboarding, HR systems management, payroll and benefits, learning systems, and day‑to‑day workforce queries — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service. Working closely with the wider People and Culture team, you’ll uphold employment law and confidentiality standards while contributing proactively to broader initiatives. This role suits someone adaptable, detail‑oriented, and eager to support a growing, dynamic team.
