HR Operations Team Lead
Location: Manchester with travel to London and offsite
Role Type: Permanent
Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days in office (Tuesday to Thursday)

What you'll do:
  • Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing team, while overseeing HR & TA operations, ensuring efficiency and service excellence.
  • Track and analyse metrics to drive process improvements and enhance delivery.
  • Manage escalations and complex HR requests, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Promote HR self-service tools and support complex transactions.
  • Communicate process updates to HR and business leaders.
  • Identify trends, recommend operational improvements, and contribute to special projects as needed.
