Safran is seeking an HR Operations & Payroll Advisor for their Gloucester site. This role is integral to ensuring efficient HR and payroll services throughout the employee lifecycle.

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our People Services team as an HR Operations & Payroll Advisor at our Gloucester site.

Your Role

As an HR Operations & Payroll Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, compliant, and high-quality HR and payroll services across the employee lifecycle. Acting as a subject matter expert, you’ll support complex queries, manage payroll processes, and ensure a consistent and efficient service for employees and managers.

You will
  • Own payroll processes, ensuring accurate, validated inputs and resolving discrepancies with providers
  • Act as an escalation point for payroll and HR queries
  • Manage routine Employee Relations casework in line with policy
  • Support HR operations and lifecycle activities, including complex or non-routine cases
  • Use HR data, feedback, and trends to improve service delivery and employee experience
  • Ensure compliance with policies, governance, and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, using data and technology to enhance processes
