A leading facilities management company in London seeks an experienced HR professional to support a strategic healthcare contract. You will design and deliver HR training, manage compliance with processes, and foster a collaborative culture, while working closely with the management team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial relations and is working towards or has CIPD Level 5.

Days of Working: This role is based out of Bethlem Royal Hospital, Beckenham - 30 hours per week. There is flexibility around these hours e.g. 4 days per week (7.5 hours each day) or 5 days per week (6 hours per day).
OCS is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to support a strategically important healthcare contract in the London area. Experience of building collaborative relationships with Trade Unions is essential. A consistently strong and passionate approach to HR delivery is required with experience of working in a matrix organisation. You will partner the Account Director and their operational management team whilst reporting into the HR function. You will also support the OCS TRUE values and model inclusive working practices. You will be responsible for designing and delivering management training initiatives to drive up the people management capability within the contract.
