Yaz Associates GmbH is representing a dynamic HR Operations Manager role based in Greater London / South East England. The role is build-and-run: consolidate HR across the group into one set of contracts, policies, systems and processes, then operate it month in, month out.

You will work hands-on with outside counsel and payroll providers to ensure clean, compliant HR operations across several countries. The emphasis is on process-driven execution, with culture, engagement and learning

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of hands-on HR operations experience in a growing B2B software business.
• Strong UK employment law knowledge with US and at least one European country experience.
• Experience leading employee relations cases end-to-end with external counsel.
• Experience administering sales commission plans and payroll inputs.
• Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets.
• Experience selecting, implementing or running an HRIS.
• Organised, hands-on and discreet; able to work without a large team.

My client is an exciting & fast growing company with a Salesforce-native ISV specializing in advanced automation for sales and service teams. The company has acquired a number of smaller organisations.

About the Role

The company is now looking for an HR Operations Manager to manage and integrate the various HR processes. Location: Greater London / South East England. This is a build-and-run role, not a strategy role. You will consolidate HR across the group into one set of contracts, policies, systems and processes, then operate it month in, month out. You will do the work yourself, with outside counsel and payroll providers where needed. The priority is clean, compliant, process driven and well-run HR operations across several countries. Culture, engagement and learning programmes sit with the business leaders, not with this role.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or above.

Required Skills

• 6+ years in hands-on HR operations, ideally in a growing B2B software business or a group of companies.
• Strong UK employment law knowledge, with working experience of HR in the US and at least one European country.
• A track record of running exits and employee relations cases yourself, start to finish, with employment lawyers you can call on.
• Experience administering sales commission plans and payroll inputs.
• Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets.
• Experience selecting, implementing or running an HRIS.
• Organised, hands on, discreet and fast.
• You close things out and you do not need a large team to get work done.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a private-equity-backed or buy-and-build software group.
• Experience integrating acquired companies onto group contracts, payroll and policies.
• Experience with employer-of-record platforms and their constraints.
• Background working within a PE-backed or portfolio company structure.
