They have thrived in recent years as the BESS market grows significantly, and as a result they are now looking to appoint a passionate HR and Operations professional to continue on their upward trajectory.

In this varied role, the HR and Operations Manager will manage global employee logistics, policy governance, and office/facility operations, while driving cross-functional process improvements across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background working within HR and Operations across UK and international regions. You will be highly adaptable and have experience working in fast-paced, reactive environments.

The Role:
  • Manage worldwide employee logistics including onboarding and compliance across all countries
  • Draft reviews and maintains company policies in collaboration with legal and HR teams
  • Oversee physical office facilities vendor management and support for distributed staff
  • Identify and implements process improvements for staffing and office workflows
  • Ensure unified compliant operations by working closely with HR Legal Finance and IT
The Person:
  • Proven background in a HR and Operational role
  • Experience liaising and coordinating across international teams
  • Good knowledge of UK and international staffing policies
  • Ideally a Bachelor's degree, but not essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
