  • Proven experience managing a high-volume HR Shared Service Centre.
  • Understanding of GDPR regulations.
  • Strong experience with payroll legislation in the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end HR Administration processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the SSC team.
  • Manage the maintenance of HRIS and payroll systems.
