• 3+ years of experience in a similar HR-focused generalist role in a fast-paced operational sector.
• Proactive approach with experience in establishing HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ensure legal compliance and implementation of Group policies.
• Act as a key contact for employees, fostering a collaborative workplace culture.
• Support financial activities including budget planning, forecast management, cost tracking, and monthly reporting.
