Qualifications

  • Experience in HR roles within centralised or shared services environment.
  • Ability to mentor and develop HR staff.
  • Flexibility to adapt and take on evolving duties.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and refine HR operations across all transactional HR functions.
  • Collaborate with People Partners and Recruiters on employee lifecycle initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in HR records.

Skills

Proven experience in HR Generalist, HR Administration, and Employee Relations
Strong understanding of Employment Law and practical HR compliance
Passion for process improvement, innovation and excellent service delivery
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
High competency with HR systems (HRIS) and digital tools
Personable, diplomatic, resilient, and enjoys working collaboratively

Education

CIPD Level 5 or significant HR experience
