A major educational institution in the UK is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to join their team. This role involves engaging with staff on HR operational processes and ensuring effective HR service delivery. Ideal candidates should have HR experience, strong IT skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Competitive benefits are offered to support staff development and wellbeing.
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and highly organised individual to join our HR Operations Team to support the delivery of an efficient and effective service.
You will join a team who provide support to staff on all our HR operational processes. This role adds real value through the quality of interactions and discussions that it has with our customers (at all levels) and its focus on providing solutions that meet their needs while helping them to understand HR good practice.
This is a busy, varied role and no two days are the same, so if you are looking for a challenging and rewarding place to work, we can offer you a stimulating work environment, access to excellent staff benefits and facilities and the opportunity to develop your HR career.
Our ideal candidate is adept at multi-tasking and unfazed by the demands of multiple stakeholders. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills, together with a positive, professional manner and the ability to deal tactfully and confidently with people at all levels. Given the nature of this role, excellent attention to detail is critical as is the ability to prioritise work effectively and to work to deadlines on your own initiative.
We’re particularly keen to hear from you if you have experience of working in an HR environment, have strong IT literacy and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
You must be interested in developing and maintaining an understanding of good practice throughout the employment life cycle and apply it to ensure HR processes are carried out effectively and with a high level of attention to detail.
This role is offered on a full time (36.5 hours per week) permanent basis.
For an informal discussion about the role please email Rachael Thomas, HR Operations Team Leader (rt599@bath.ac.uk)
