The firm are managing change with regard to HR technology landscape, streamlining processes, and strengthening the way we support our people. As the HR Onboarding Team Leader, you will lead the delivery of high-quality service across the HR Onboarding team. Your focus will be on operational excellence, data accuracy, and ensuring a positive experience for every new joiner. You will provide day-to-day leadership to a team of 4–5 HR Administrators within the Shared Service Function.Key responsibilities include :
