Contract : Full-time, permanent

We are looking for a HR & Onboarding Advisor to join our team. This is a hands‑on role focused on HR administration, onboarding, systems, and coordination. You will work closely with the Head of People to ensure a smooth, well‑structured employee journey.

What you'll do
HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle in Personio, including onboarding, contractual changes and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and audit‑ready personnel files in line with UK employment law.
  • Draft offer letters, employment contracts, onboarding documents and standard HR correspondence.
  • Carry out right‑to‑work checks, reference checks and ensure all compliance requirements are completed on time.
  • Prepare monthly payroll updates and work closely with the Head of People and finance to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
  • Help maintain and update HR policies, ensuring alignment with the UK Employee Handbook.
Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Work in partnership with the Workplace Operations Manager to coordinate all onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Prepare new starter documentation, equipment requests and access set‑up, ensuring all operational steps are completed.
  • Manage induction scheduling and ensure each new joiner has a clear, simple and consistent onboarding experience.
  • Support offboarding tasks including communication, equipment return, system deactivation and documentation.
People Support & Coordination
  • Serve as a first point of contact for day‑
