A charitable trust is seeking an experienced HR Officer/Manager to oversee HR services, ensure compliance with policies, and support recruitment processes. Candidates should have proven HR Generalist experience and a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation. This role offers a competitive salary, part-time flexibility, and various benefits including pension and employee discounts.
Salary: Highly competitive, dependent on experience and skills (£40,000 – pro rata for part time)+ Benefits
Hours: Full or Part-time, permanent (minimum 3 days/21 hours per week).
Based at Ampleforth Abbey YO62 - (based on site with opportunity to occasionally work hybrid)

The HR Officer/Manager is responsible for overseeing the HR service for Ampleforth Abbey Trust.
Collaboration will be your cornerstone for delivering a HR service to the Trust. The requirement to adapt to a varied workload is key to the role as it requires the ability to transition between generalist HR support, recruitment, strategic initiatives, and much more.
