A charitable trust is seeking an HR Officer/Manager to ensure consistent HR functions and support line managers. Duties include maintaining HR systems, handling employee documentation, and promoting staff wellbeing. Ideal candidates will have experience as an HR Generalist, particularly in Employee Relations, and possess or be willing to attain CIPD qualifications. The role offers a salary between £40,000 (pro rata) with additional benefits and is based on site with hybrid options available.
Salary: Highly competitive, dependent on experience and skills (£40,000 - pro rata for part time) + Benefits.
Hours: Full or Part-time, permanent (minimum 3 days/21 hours per week).
Based at Ampleforth Abbey, YO62 – (based on site with opportunity to occasionally work hybrid).
