An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Professional to contribute to the delivery of an efficient and effective HR service across NHS Tayside.
The posts will be based at Ninewells Hospital, Dundee, or Perth Royal Infirmary; however, at times, you will be required to work at various locations throughout NHS Tayside.
This role will provide a responsive, professional, high-quality, customer-focused Human Resource service to managers and staff across NHS Tayside. You should have a proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent organisational abilities.
Ideally, you will be educated to degree level and/or be a Graduate member of the CIPD or working towards this qualification, with practical experience in a general HR role or equivalent.
Your performance must comply with the national “Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009” and the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.
