With decades of expertise, we’ve built a strong reputation for craftsmanship, design, and reliability. Our products are trusted by some of the most recognisable names in leisure and sport across the UK and internationally.

Prospec is part of the ABEO Group, a global leader in the sports and leisure equipment industry, operating in over 50 countries. Within the UK, Prospec collaborates with three sister companies, bringing together around 150 employees united by a shared ambition: to design, manufacture, and deliver exceptional equipment and environments that inspire performance and wellbeing.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands‑on and pragmatic HR Officer to support and coordinate day‑to‑day HR across four UK companies.

This is an exciting and varied role for someone who enjoys being close to people and operations — not just advising from afar. You’ll be involved in the full HR cycle, supporting managers and employees on‑site and contributing to building consistent, effective HR practices across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for HR across all UK entities
  • Provide practical guidance on employee relations and UK employment law
  • Oversee time & attendance data and ensure payroll accuracy with our external provider
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for a variety of roles (production, technical, support, management)
  • Contribute to the selection and implementation of an HR information system
About You
  • Previous experience in operational HR, ideally within a multi‑site environment
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment law
  • Pragmatic, approachable, and confident in providing on‑site HR support
  • Organised and detail‑oriented, balancing compliance with business needs
  • Willing to travel regularly across UK sites
