A leading educational trust is seeking a HR Officer to join their Core HR Team. This role involves providing high-quality HR support across schools in Bedfordshire, ensuring adherence to employment legislation. We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a HR Officer within our Core HR Team. This key role will provide and promote a high quality, professional & efficient HR service across schools within the Trust. Adhering to employment legislation and best practice. Working at operational level to ensure correct implementation of policies and procedures in designated hub of schools in and around Bedfordshire. (This is a term time + 10 days position, field based between the following schools: The Ferrers School, Sharnbrook Academy, Lincroft Academy, Great Ouse Primary School, Oakley Primary Academy, Harrold Primary Academy, Stratton Upper School, Crosshall Junior School and Crosshall Infant School).
