A prestigious university in the UK is seeking an experienced HR professional to support the HR team, manage HR processes, and deliver high-quality services. Candidates should have a CIPD Level 5 qualification and solid knowledge of UK employment law. This hybrid role requires 3 days on site along with a range of employee benefits including excellent leave and pension schemes.
We are looking for an experienced and confident HR professional who is familiar with supporting the entire employment lifecycle in our busy HR team, which is currently going through a period of change. This is a pivotal operational role within the Department's HR team playing a critical role in the day-to-day running of HR function as well as training the team when needed. This is a fixed-term role to cover a period of absence, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. We are also happy to consider secondments from within the University of Oxford. Working in a fast-paced academic setting, you'll need to be ready to hit the ground running and deliver a high-quality, customer-focused HR service to a wide range of staff and managers.
