Job summary

A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a proactive HR Advisor located in Lincoln, UK. The successful candidate will maintain HR systems, support engagement activities, and advise managers on employee development. Ideal qualifications include experience as an HR advisor and a Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualification. A driving license is required due to the site's location.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience gained with a HR advisor/assistant position ideally within the manufacturing/logistics or FMCG sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will require a driving license due to inaccessibility via public transport.
