We're exclusively supporting a leading, fast-growing regional law firm as they look to appoint an experienced HR Officer. What You'll Be Doing

In this broad and hands-on HR role, you'll work closely with Partners, managers, and the wider support teams to deliver effective HR across the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and enhancing the appraisal process
  • Organising and supporting training and development programmes
  • Providing first-line HR advice to managers on policies and employee relations
  • Assisting with disciplinary investigations and preparing relevant documentation
  • Managing internal communications and engagement initiatives
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding activity
  • Providing administrative support to the Health, Safety and Wellbeing team
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 3 years' HR experience
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of core HR processes (ER, recruitment, training, appraisals)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional, discreet, and comfortable handling sensitive matters
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and able to pick up new systems quickly
  • Full UK driving licence
Contract Details

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
