The role involves enhancing HR processes, supporting training and development, and providing HR advice. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years' experience and be CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards it. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. In this broad and hands-on HR role, you'll work closely with Partners, managers, and the wider support teams to deliver effective HR across the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
