Job summary

A leading workplace management company in the UK seeks an HR Officer to provide hands-on support for managing casework, including sickness absence and grievances. You will play a key role in implementing HR strategies aimed at enhancing employee wellbeing and organizational culture. The ideal candidate should have strong HR operations experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment. Being onsite 4 days a week is essential for this role.

  • Promote best practices in equality, diversity, and inclusion across the organisation.
  • Research and implement evidence-based approaches to health, wellbeing, and employee engagement.
  • Raise awareness of corporate social responsibility and charity activities to foster a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Develop and improve management information, reporting insights to enhance decision-making processes.

Job Description

The HR Officer will provide hands-on support in managing casework, including sickness absence, informal grievances, early-stage performance management, and other employee engagement initiatives. You will also play a key role in implementing the Central People & Culture strategy, monitoring and reporting on HR activities, and introducing improvements to management information to support data-driven decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on employee wellbeing, organisational performance, and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
