Being onsite 4 days a week is essential for this role.
Job Description
The HR Officer will provide hands-on support in managing casework, including sickness absence, informal grievances, early-stage performance management, and other employee engagement initiatives. You will also play a key role in implementing the Central People & Culture strategy, monitoring and reporting on HR activities, and introducing improvements to management information to support data-driven decision-making.
